5 INDIVIDUAL FOOTBALL PASSING DRILLS TO DO AT HOME
Finding a partner to practise football passing drills is difficult during these unprecedented times. So here are five individual football passing drills which you can do at your home.
ONE TOUCH WALL PASSING FOOTBALLDRILL(ALTERNATE FOOT)
Find a fixed spot in the wall and start making passing quality passes to the wall.
As the ball bounces back, make continuous passes with a single touch. The pass must be hard and clean. Make sure to switch the foot with each pass.
REPS- 50 PASSES
ONE TOUCH WALL PASSES(SINGLE FOOT)
This is similar to the first one the only difference being that you have to use only one foot. 30 reps with one foot would be sufficient.
This one is a very essential football drill. As you pass the ball and it returns back turn your body to the other side. Make sure to do this in a fluid motion. Try to change your direction in a single touch. Practise this with both the feet. 30 reps with each foot would be sufficient.
TWO TOUCH WALL PASSES
Receive football as it comes back after bouncing from the wall. Then pass it back. Make sure to use various parts of your foot to receive the football. 40 - 50 REPS with each foot would be more than enough.
5.DIRECTION CHANGING PASSES
For this you have to use a corner of your home. Pass the football to one wall and as it comes back, receive it with your back foot. As soon as the ball comes back pass it to the other wall in the corner. Make sure to do this in a quick motion.
